About Me
Born in Cincinnati, my childhood was spent a few miles upstream in the small river town of New Richmond, Ohio. I often joke that I was “born on the wrong side of the river” as even in my youth, the Bluegrass beckoned. After earning my degree from Northern Kentucky University, I finally gave in and moved to Augusta, Kentucky – named one of the Best River Towns in the US (USAToday). I fell in love with the community of this charming small town, becoming an active member of the Augusta Art Guild and giving guided historic walking tours as Miss Lily, a Southern belle from the Civil War era.
About a decade later, I decided to undertake a new adventure – the renovation of a historic 1820s home in Maysville, Kentucky. After all, I was the daughter of an architect and an educator who grew up on construction job sites and reruns of This Old House. How hard could it be? (cue: hysterical laughter)
So at the grand age of fifty years old, I bought my first house – a dream I never thought to achieve. More affectionately known as The Tchotchke House, the purchase of My Old Kentucky Home has ignited a desire to help others realize their hopes of home ownership.
So why should I be your #1 choice to help you buy and sell real estate? Well, aside from my sparkling wit and vivacious personality, my background in marketing, research and administrative management provide a unique skillset that I put to work for you! Whether it’s creating an effective marketing campaign to successfully sell your property or helping you navigate the somewhat complex and occasionally convoluted road to real estate ownership, I am on YOUR REALTOR® - licensed in Kentucky and ready to work for you.
